Product use
Characteristics and application: N, N-dimethylcyclohexylamine is mainly used as a catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam, with a wide range of applications. It is used for refrigerator rigid foam, plate, spraying and on-site pouring of polyurethane rigid foam. The catalyst has catalytic effect on both gel and foaming, provides a more balanced catalytic performance for the foaming reaction of hard foam and gel reaction, has stronger catalytic effect on the foaming reaction of water and isocyanate, and has moderate catalytic effect on the reaction of polyol and isocyanate. It is a strong initial catalyst for the foam reaction. In addition to hard foam, it can also be used as auxiliary catalyst for molding soft foam and semi-hard foam. In addition, it can also be used as a stabilizer for fuel oil, as well as medicine, fuel and other industries. When used as catalyst, the user amount of PC-8 per 100 parts of polyether polyol is between 0.5 and 3.5.
